CloudSino products and services are provided as-is. We are committed to maintaining service availability and reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Usage License
Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our products and services in accordance with product documentation and ordering agreements.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in CloudSino products, software, technology, and content belong to Guangzhou Yunxin Information Technology Co., Ltd. Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution constitutes infringement.
Prohibited Activities
You may not use our products and services for any illegal activities, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or reverse engineer or crack our software.
Confidentiality Obligations
Both parties shall maintain confidentiality obligations regarding each other's trade secrets and technical secrets known during cooperation, and shall not disclose them to third parties without written permission.
Service Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days prior written notice. Termination due to breach shall require the breaching party to bear corresponding responsibilities.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudSino products and services are provided as-is without any express or implied warranties.
Limitation of Liability
Unless prohibited by law, CloudSino's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or loss of data.
